Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Danish blue cheese 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Soured cream 5 Fluid Ounce (1 Carton, 142 Milliliter)
  Castor sugar 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Grate the Danish blue cheese. Place in a bowl with the soured cream.
2. Place the seasonings and onion in a bowl, blend in the oil and gradually beat in the lemon juice.
3. Blend this mixture into the soured cream and cheese.
4. Mix pepper and serve.
