Cream Cheese Cabbage
|Cabbage||5 Cup (80 tbs), shredded|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, add ice water.
2) Add the cabbage and soak for 12 to 15 minutes, then drain.
3) In a pot, boil little water with salt.
4) Add the cabbage and steam for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
5) In a bowl add the cream cheese and cream and mix well.
6) Add to the cabbage.
7) Add butter, pepper, celery seed, and salt and gently mix.
8) Serve immediately.
