Ingredients
  Graham wafer crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar substitute 1⁄4 Tablespoon (8 Packages)
  Whipped topping 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Low calorie jello powder 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit with juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned / Frozen)
Directions

Mix well crumbs and margarine.
Pat into 9 x 13" pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°F.
Cool.
Blend cottage cheese in food processor until smooth.
Add sugar substitute, whipped topping (mixed as package directs); spread on crumb base.
Dissolve jello powder in boiling water.
Add fruit with juice.
Chill until almost set.
Spread on cheese mixture.
Chill 3 hours or longer.
Good combinations: orange jelly powder and pineapple; strawberry jello and frozen berries; raspberry jello and frozen cherries.
