Cottage Cheese Ring With Whipped Cream
|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In 1 cup boiling water dissolve gelatin and chill until slightly thickened.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into ring mold and chill until firm.
4. Serve with garnish as desired.
