Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce
  Eggs 2 (At Room Temperature)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Graham cracker crust/Vanilla wafer crust 1 , chilled (Unbaked)
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients, until soft and creamy.
3) Into unbaked pie shells, pour this mix.
4) Bake for 20 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and then cool in refrigerator.
6) Now, in a bowl, mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
7) On top of the cooled pie, pour this mix.
8) Bake at 400 degrees, for 5 minutes.

SERVING
9) Chill the pie thoroughly before serving. Slice and serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
