Cheesy Salmon Supper
|Canned salmon||15 1⁄2 Ounce (Use 2 Tins 7 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||400 Gram (1 Tin)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients, except soup and milk.
Bake in a loaf pan or a casserole dish in a 350Â°F oven for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Combine soup and milk and have it heated ready to pour over the loaf as a sauce.
