Cheesy Salmon Supper

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce (Use 2 Tins 7 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 400 Gram (1 Tin)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except soup and milk.
Bake in a loaf pan or a casserole dish in a 350°F oven for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Combine soup and milk and have it heated ready to pour over the loaf as a sauce.
