Cream Cheese Pastry
|Cream cheese||9 Ounce (Bulk)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), softened|
|All purpose flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
1.Combine butter and cream cheese well.
2. Add in the flour little at a time to form a dough.
3. Let chill overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour if planning to use the same day.
4.Make fruit turnovers with the pastry using pie fillings like apple, raisin, cherry etc .
