Garden Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Scallion 1 , finely chopped
  Walnuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine cheese, celery, carrots, scallion, walnuts, parsley, basil and mix well.

SERVING
2) On the serving platter, place the lettuce leaves and serve the Garden Cottage Cheese Salad over it.
