|Chicken wings||1⁄4 Pound|
|Oil||1 1⁄2 Quart (For Deep Frying)|
|Peeled shrimp||1⁄3 Pound, deveined|
|Cubed beef||1⁄3 Pound|
Parboil chicken wings; remove tips.
Fill fondue pot 1/2 full with oil; heat to 375 degrees.
Place pot on stand over high flame.
Place chicken wings, shrimp and beef cubes on fondue forks; cook in oil to de- sired doneness.
