Vinaigrette With Goat Cheese

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Goat cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large salad bowl, mix lemon juice, pepper and salt and stir till the salt dissolves; add oil in a thin stream and stir into the dressing; adjust the seasonings
2. In a bowl, crumble the cheese and mash into a paste; combine thoroughly with the dressing

SERVING
3. Serve/Use as appropriate
