Blue Cheese Sauced Corn
|Whole kernel corn||30 Ounce, frozen|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||30 Ounce (Three 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Blue cheese||8 Ounce|
|Blue cheese dip||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
1) Cook corn according to package direction.
2) In a saucepan, blend blue cheese dip, milk, and instant minced onion and then heat the mixture until just warm.
3) Drain the cooked corn.
4) Pour the mixture over the drained corn.
5) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
