|Flour||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated pecorino cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French bread||2 (For Serving)|
1. Along the inside of the fondue pot, rub with cut clove of garlic.
2. Over low heat, melt butter, stir in flour and blend for 2-3 minutes.
3. Slowly add milk stir in cheeses and heat until mixture is thick and creamy.
4. Add salt and sherry.
5. Cut French bread into 1 -inch cubes and serve with the fondue.
