Baked Cheese Potato Tomato Casserole

Cooking up something special is always fun and here's a simple recipe for Cheese-Potato-Tomato Casserole to double that fun. This casserole is really gonna taste good and will definitely make up a great meal!
Ingredients
  Instant whipped potatoes 4 1⁄8 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Pinch
  Cheese spread 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomato slices 8
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Follow the directions given on the packet of the whipped potatoes and cook accordingly
2) Once cooked, allow to cool slightly
3) Spoon the potato in a rectangular baking dish of 9 x 12 inch
4) Make 6-8 shallow depressions in the mixture and into each fill with equal amounts of shredded cheese
5) Place a slice of tomato over each cheese and potato depression
6) Mix together in a bowl the butter and breadcrumbs
7) Sprinkle in the buttered crumbs and grated cheese on top
8) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F

SERVING
9) Serve the dish warm as an accompaniment
