Blue Cheese Dressing
|Roquefort cheese/Danish blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled (125 Gram)|
|Milk||4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)|
|Salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1. In a liquidizer or a food processor blend all the ingredients such to turn smooth.
2. Check for the thickness of the dressing and add more milk such that the mixture attains the texture of thick cream.
3. Include seasoning as per taste.
3. Serve as desired.
