|White fish||4 Ounce, cut into bite sized pieces (Raw, Mixed With Shell Fish)|
|Shell fish||4 Ounce, cut into bite sized pieces (Mixed With White Fish)|
|Peanut oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Prepare the fish by wipe it, drying well and seasoning.
2. Let it cook and serve as for Bourguignonne Fondue with fish in place of beef.
