Pears with Blue Cheese
|Plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Stilton cheese/Other blue cheese||4 Ounce (Room Temperature)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Lettuce head||1 Small|
|Watercress||3 Ounce (1 Bunch)|
1. In a small bowl, blend yogurt and 2 ounces cheese such that smooth and season with pepper.
2. On 4 individual plates arrange lettuce leaves.
3. Core and slice pears, arranging 1 pear on each plate, spoon dressing over pear slices, crumble remaining cheese and sprinkle over dressing.
4. With a few watercress sprigs garnish each plate serve immediately.
