Cottage Cheese Mold
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cream style cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in I/4 cup milk; dissolve in 1/2 cup hot milk.
Blend in cottage cheese, salt, onion, celery and green pepper.
Turn into 1 large mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with tomato wedges and mayonnaise.
