Christmas Tree Cheese Mold
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Curry powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 In a small bowl,blend cream cheese, blue cheese and curry powder.
2 Chill until firm enough to handle.
3 Turn out onto a sheet of wax paper or foil and mold into a cone of about 5 inches high.
4 Press an inch-wide strip of wax paper or foil daigonally around the cheese "tree" to resemble swags, pleating the paper, if needed, to shape the cheese.
5 Roll the "tree" in chopped parsley and chill again until firm.
6 When ready to serve, gently peel off the strips of paper. Decorate the top with a tiny pimiento star.
