Creamy Blue Cheese Or Roquefort Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Roquefort cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a medium bowl, coarsely crumble cheese.
2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, sherry, vinegar, onion, garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper and stir until well blended.
3. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled.

SERVING
4. Serve on combination of crisp greens.
