|Parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided in 8 pieces|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
1) Shred cheese in a food processor bowl fitted with a Knife Blade and a shredding disc positioned above it.
2) Evenly distribute butter and then pulse parsley, onion powder and hot pepper sauce in it for about 40 seconds until well combined.
3) Scrape down the mixture from sides of bowl, stopping the processor many times.
4) Use as required.
