Salad Verte Au Bresse Blue
|Bleu de bresse cheese||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Double cream||8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
1. Work the cheese and cream together until soft and well mixed, then work through a fine sieve. Stir in the cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Separate the lettuce leaves and place in a salad bowl. Pour over the cheese dressing and toss gently to coat the lettuce. Serve immediately.
