|Onions||4 , chopped|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Tomato sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned salmon||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, flaked|
1. In a pan melt butter and saute onions gently such that soft.
2. Mix in cheese, sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and seasonings and stir constantly such that smooth.
3. Add salmon and blend well.
4. Cut French bread cut into 1 -inch cubes and serve along with the fondue.
