|Dry white wine||375 Milliliter (Half 750 Milliliter Bottle)|
|Swiss cheese||8 Ounce, diced|
|Flour||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Kirsch||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French bread||1 (For Serving)|
1. In a fondue pot stir cheese into 1/2 pint of the wine over a low heat such that the cheese is melted and fondue begins to bubble.
2. Quickly add kirsch and alight.
3. Serve with the flame still burning.
4. Cut French bread into long fingers and serve along with the fondue.
