Yogurt Cream Cheese
|Plain non-fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh herbs/2 teaspoon dried herbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Fruit syrup/Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted nuts||3 Tablespoon|
1. Chop fresh or dried fruits and add to yogurt.
2. Add spices or herbs as desired.
3. Add maple syrup or fruit syrup or honey to taste and mix well.
4. Use as spread for crackers or dip for snacks.
