Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Suggested additions:
  Chopped fresh herbs/2 teaspoon dried herbs 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Fruit syrup/Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toasted nuts 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Chop fresh or dried fruits and add to yogurt.
2. Add spices or herbs as desired.
3. Add maple syrup or fruit syrup or honey to taste and mix well.

SERVING
4. Use as spread for crackers or dip for snacks.
