|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Ounce, grated|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper red||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Cream butter and cheese together and add remaining ingredients.
2. Shape into 1 1/2-inch roll, wrap in foil and chill well.
3. Slice 1 /8 inch thick and place on baking sheet.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
5. Serve with sauce or dips as desired.
