Farmhouse Cheese Relish
|Cream style cottage cheese||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Dill pickle||1 Medium, diced and drained to make 1/4 cup|
|Carrot||1 Small, shredded to make 1/4 cup|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a medium-size bowl, mix the cottage cheese, dill pickle and carrots together.
2) Fold in the sour cream and mayonnaise or salad dressing, blend well.
3) Refrigerate until ready to serve and sprinkle with a little paprika, if desired.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
