Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Dry white wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Swiss gruyere cheese/Emmenthaler cheese 1 Pound
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon
  Kirsch 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. On the insides of a fondue dish, rub a clove of garlic, pour wine and heat over an alcohol burner on low flame
2. Sprinkle cheese with cornflour and add it to the heat; bring to boiling point and sti with a wooden spoon till molten and creamy
3. Add kirsch and seasonings

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
