Mild Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  Scalded milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Mild cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Egg whites 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix the scalded milk, bread crumbs, butter, salt and cheese
3. In another bowl, mix the eggs well till lemon colored and add them to the milk cheese mixture
4. Beat the egg whites till still
5. Add the egg cheese mixture to the beaten whites while folding in slowly
6. Bake in a moderate oven at (350°) for 20 minutes or until center is set

SERVING
7. Serve hot or cold
