Quick Spaghetti Lunch— Greek Style
|Spaghetti||1⁄2 Pound (Cooked And Drained)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Add half the butter and the olive oil to large trypan, and heat till bubbly.
Add the finely minced garlic and saute just till it slightly turns colour.
Add drained spaghetti and remaining butter and mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, paprika and chopped parsley.
Serve with a tossed salad.
