Chili Cheese Fondue
|Canned white sauce||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned california green chilies||4 Ounce, seeded and chopped (1 Can)|
|Garlic/Garlic salt to taste||1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed|
|Shredded jack cheese||12 Ounce (3 Cups)|
|Milk/White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Turn white sauce into a pan and add chiles and garlic.
Heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil.
Lower heat and gradually mix in cheese; stir until melted and smooth.
Stir in a little milk or white wine if needed to thin for dipping.
Transfer to fondue pot over heat source.
