|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|

|Cottage cheese||4 Ounce|
|Unsalted butter||1 Ounce, softened|
1) Use a pestle and mortar, to pound together parsley, salt and garlic.
2) Add with cheese and butter to make a smooth paste.
3) Use an oiled board, to shape like a flat round, with oiled hands.
4) Serve with toast or crispbread. Wrap in foil and chill.
