Baked Fish With Cheese

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Button mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Chopped chives 3 Tablespoon
  Cheese 4 Ounce, sliced (Emmenthal Or Gouda)
Directions

MAKING
1. Skin the fish and cut it into pieces the size of fingers
2. Wash and halve the mushrooms
3. In a bowl, mix salt, garlic salt, pepper, sugar, bouillon cube, paprika and buttermilk
4. In a shallow baking dish put the fish, sprinkle mushrooms on top an pour the buttermilk mixture on top
5. Sprinkle the chives and cover with cheese slices
6. Bake it in an oven for twenty minutes at 350° F until the fish is cooked

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
