Pasta With Cream Cheese And Walnuts

Ingredients
  Pasta shells 8 Ounce
  Water 2 Pint, salted
  Unsalted butter 1 Ounce
  Cream cheese/4 ounce cottage cheese and 1/4 pint double cream, fresh / tinned 8 Ounce
  Grated cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 6 Ounce, chopped
  Curry powder 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, simmer the pasta shells in water until soft, drain well and keep warm.
2) In an ovenproof dish, melt the butter and cream cheese over a low heat.
3) Stir in the pasta, walnuts, curry powder and dry cheese.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with a green salad.
