Pasta With Cream Cheese And Walnuts
|Pasta shells||8 Ounce|
|Water||2 Pint, salted|
|Unsalted butter||1 Ounce|
|Cream cheese/4 ounce cottage cheese and 1/4 pint double cream, fresh / tinned||8 Ounce|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||6 Ounce, chopped|
|Curry powder||1 Pinch|
1) In a saucepan, simmer the pasta shells in water until soft, drain well and keep warm.
2) In an ovenproof dish, melt the butter and cream cheese over a low heat.
3) Stir in the pasta, walnuts, curry powder and dry cheese.
4) Serve immediately with a green salad.
