Classic Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon (Room Temperature)
  Bread slices 4
  Smoke chili jam 3 Tablespoon (Other Jams Like Raspberry Can Be Substituted)
  Prosciutto slices 4
  Granny smith apple 4 (Very Thin Slices)
  Aged cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Butter the outside of each piece of bread. Spread the chili jam (or other jam) on the unbuttered side.

2. On two pieces divide the prosciutto, apple and grated cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.

3. Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add the sandwiches and cook until golden on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

4. Once the cheese has melted, remove the sandwiches from the skillet and slice them in half to serve.
