  Cottage cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Carrot 1 , shredded
  Unpeeled apple 1 , chopped
  Raisins 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Walnuts 30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoons)
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Combine the cottage cheese with the carrot, apple, raisins and walnuts.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
