Cream Cheese Mousse
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Soft cream cheese||12 Ounce|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Toasted slivered blanched almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Turn refrigerator control to coldest setting.
Sprinkle gelatin on pineapple juice in saucepan.
Add sugar; heat, stirring, until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Add orange and lemon juice.
Blend -cheese with next 3 ingredients.
Stir in first mixture; fold in cream; pour into freezing trays and freeze until firm.
