Garlic Herb Cheese

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound, softened
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Dried savory/1 teaspoon fresh winter / summer savory 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Whipping cream/Milk 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in lemon juice, savory, pepper, and garlic.
If mixture seems too thick, add a little cream.
Mound in a small serving bowl or press into a greased mold; or wrap with clear plastic film, then shape and chill.
