Garlic Herb Cheese
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Pound, softened|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried savory/1 teaspoon fresh winter / summer savory||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), pressed|
|Whipping cream/Milk||1 Tablespoon|
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in lemon juice, savory, pepper, and garlic.
If mixture seems too thick, add a little cream.
Mound in a small serving bowl or press into a greased mold; or wrap with clear plastic film, then shape and chill.
