Sesame and Blue Cheese Thins
|Plain flour||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce, finely grated (50 Gram)|
|Egg yolk||1 , beaten|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a large bowl, sieve the flour and cut in the butter until the mixture has a fine breadcrumbs texture.; stir in the cheese, and roll up the mixture into a ball; wrap in a cling film and chill for about 30 min.
2) Between the two sheets of cling film, roll the dough cut out shapes - hearts, triangles, etc. - and reroll the trimmings.
3) On a greased baking sheet, place the shapes , smear with the egg yolk.
4) Bake in a preheated oven and for 10 min; cool on a wire rack.
5) Serve on a nice dish.
