|Cream cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Rising flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cream the cheese in a bowl.
Beat in the butter and mix in the flour and salt.
Knead the dough lightly, shape it into a ball with well-floured hands and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
