Cream Cheese Frosting With Evaporated Milk

|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened to room temperature (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Pound, sifted (1 Box)|
|Milk/Light cream / evaporated milk||2 Tablespoon|
Beat cream cheese until very soft, then gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
Mix in vanilla and enough milk to make a good spreading consistency.
