Cream Cheese Frosting With Evaporated Milk

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened to room temperature (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Pound, sifted (1 Box)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Milk/Light cream / evaporated milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat cream cheese until very soft, then gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
Mix in vanilla and enough milk to make a good spreading consistency.
