Spiced Cream Cheese

This interestingly made spiced cream cheese is a delicious mix of variety of fruits, nuts and spices. Indeed a great way to treat your taste buds!
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Raisins 1 Teaspoon (few)
  Apple juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Castor sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak the raisins in a little water for 2 hours, then simmer in the water for 10 minutes, add- ing the apple juice, piece of lemon peel and a pinch of cinnamon.
Beat together the cream cheese and 2 or 3 tblspns, castor sugar, add the raisins with their liquid, and place in a muslin bag.
Drain for 3 hours.
Serve with plain biscuits.
