HERBY GOAT CHEESE PIZZA

Ingredients
  12 inch whole wheat pizza crusts 1
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Zesty pizza sauce/Tomato sauce 125 Milliliter
  Dairy chevrai herb goat cheese 7 Ounce, sliced into medallions (Woolwich)
  Fresh basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped into thin strips
  Fresh tomato 1 , sliced
  Fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, torn into small pieces
Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Spread the olive oil over the entire pizza crust to the edges, then add desired amount of sauce in the middle, leaving a half inch for the crust. Add tomatoes and goat cheese medallions, followed by the basil and parsley. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the goat cheese medallions begin to develop a golden color.
