HERBY GOAT CHEESE PIZZA
|12 inch whole wheat pizza crusts||1|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Zesty pizza sauce/Tomato sauce||125 Milliliter|
|Dairy chevrai herb goat cheese||7 Ounce, sliced into medallions (Woolwich)|
|Fresh basil||2 Tablespoon, chopped into thin strips|
|Fresh tomato||1 , sliced|
|Fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon, torn into small pieces|
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Spread the olive oil over the entire pizza crust to the edges, then add desired amount of sauce in the middle, leaving a half inch for the crust. Add tomatoes and goat cheese medallions, followed by the basil and parsley. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the goat cheese medallions begin to develop a golden color.
