Brown Cheese Straws

These crispy and tangy cheese straws are sure to brighten up a laid-back evening! Serve these fine and neat rolls with a hot sip of tea.
Ingredients
  Grated cheese 150 Gram
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (fine quality)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste (good pinch)
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Knead in the butter till all is combined into a smooth dough.
Add no liquid.
Fold into a paper about 12" long and equal in width to the length required for the cheese straws.
Add no flour.
Fold up neatly and roll until the strip is of a uniform thickness.
Unfold very carefully and cut into neat fingers.
Bake in a moderate oven until pale brown.
