QUICK CHEESE AND VEGETABLE HOT-POT
|Cooked dried beans||1 Pound|
|Cooked carrots||1 Pound|
|Extra grated cheese||1 Ounce|
|Grated cheese||10 Ounce|
|Cooked potatoes||1 Pound|
|Cooked peas||2 Pound|
Mix together gently, the beans (canned may be used), carrots, peas, cheese and the onions which have been lightly fried in butter.
Place in a greased oven dish and arrange the thinly sliced potatoes on the top.
Sprinkle with the extra cheese and dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
