QUICK CHEESE AND VEGETABLE HOT-POT

Ingredients
  Cooked dried beans 1 Pound
  Cooked carrots 1 Pound
  Sliced onions 2
  Extra grated cheese 1 Ounce
  Grated cheese 10 Ounce
  Cooked potatoes 1 Pound
  Cooked peas 2 Pound
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Mix together gently, the beans (canned may be used), carrots, peas, cheese and the onions which have been lightly fried in butter.
Place in a greased oven dish and arrange the thinly sliced potatoes on the top.
Sprinkle with the extra cheese and dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
