Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)|
|Sifted confectionery sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cool whip||9 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|8 inch baked pie shell||1 , baked|
|Chopped roasted peanuts||2 Tablespoon|
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter and milk, beating until smooth and creamy.
Fold topping gently into peanut butter mixture.
Turn into prepared shell and chill 5-6 hours.
Garnish with coarsely chopped peanuts.
