Haddock With Leeks And Cheese

Ingredients
  Haddock 1 1⁄4 Pound (600 Grams)
  Leeks 3 , washed and cut into strips
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Cream cheese 7 Ounce (200 Grams)
  Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Peel Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Chervil 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Soak the haddok in water and leave it for 2 hours.

MAKING
2) Take a casserole dish and put leeks and butter, cover, and cook for 7 minutes on power.
3) Add the haddock and cook on power for 3 minutes on power.

FINALIZING
4) Prepare sauce by mixing mustard, lemon rind, cream, cheese, chervil.
5) Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
6) Serve cold.
