CHEESE & GINGER CROQUETTES

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 3 Ounce
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Glazed ginger 1 (chopped)
Directions

Melt butter and add flour.
After stirring well, add warm milk, mustard, ginger and parsley.
Cut cheese into quarter-inch blocks and add to cooled mixture.
Roll into small balls.
Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
