Pimentos Stuffed With Cheese

Ingredients
  American cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned pimentos 8
  Whole eggs 2
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Flatten the pimentos and dip in egg mixture.
Fry 3 or 4 at a time in: 1/2 cup oil or bacon drippings.
Be extremely careful to keep heat low; brown lightly on both sides.
