CREAM CHEESE AND BEETROOT

Ingredients
  Beetroots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook beetroot until tender, peel and remove centre of each.
Refill with cream cheese mixed with chopped nuts.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise and garnish with parsley.
