Cheese Olive Balls
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Oleo stick||1 1⁄2 , melted|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Stuffed olives||1 Large|
Grate cheese and soften to room temperature.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Add melted oleo.
Press this mixture around olives and press into balls.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Makes 30 to 36 balls.
For variation, pitted dates stuffed with a pecan half may be used, and red pepper should be reduced to.
